How to choose the right one: -

Most cats love to stretch full length to scratch, so normally a taller post is in order. However the older arthritic cats are happier with shorter posts.

Each of our platforms can be upgraded to a ‘Chunky Boy’ simply by selecting the correct buy now button below. A Chunky Boy has a thicker post, 3″ X 3″ instead of 2″ X 2″ and comes with a thicker ‘Heavy Duty Rope’. Chunky Boys are expected to last up to 50% longer.

We also offer 4 different sizes of platform with support brackets, however these are not yet built into the site. If you wish to vary the platform size please use the ‘Contact Us’ link to discuss. Basically the larger the platform the heavier we build the base (its a stability issue). The four sizes available are:

STP – A 31cm square platform for small to average cats. For which prices are listed below.
LGP – A large 36cm square platform for bigger felines.
XP – A 41cm square for Rag dolls and similar breeds.
SSLP – A supersize platform with heavy duty brackets. At 46cm is perfect for Maine Coons.
