Payment Problems?

We are aware that some customers are having difficulties using PayPal, or would simply like to pay using an alternative method.

Solutions: -

1) Send a cheque or postal order made out to M.C.BISBY for the correct amount along with details of which item you wish to order, your address, your email address and phone number if possible.

Alternatively you can send the details of your order through email to support@kitforcats.com or fax 01482 568203 then mail us your cheque or postal order.

2) We can also take a card payment over the phone, simply call 07949293651

3) You can also come and collect your item from our workshop in Cottingham and get a discount. You MUST arrange this in advance. Email :support@kitforcats.com, Fax: 01482 568203 or Phone: 07949293651.

4) Finally if you have a Paypal account and are having problems using the buttons on our site, it is possible for you to go to www.paypal.co.uk login and pay us manually, here are the instructions paypal sent us:

1. Click https://www.paypal.co.uk/SNDMON or copy and paste the entire link into the address bar.
2. Fill out the form with animatesandfaithful@1705.karoo.co.uk and the payment amount.
3. Select ‘Goods (other)’ from the ‘Type’ drop-down menu
4. Enter a short description of the item you wish to order in the ‘Note’ section
5. Click ‘Continue’.
6. Review the details of the payment. If the payment that you are sending exceeds the amount of funds in your PayPal Account, you can click the ‘More Funding Options’ link to change the source of funds for that payment
7. Click ‘Send Money’ to complete the payment. To edit the information, click ‘Edit’ PLEASE NOTE: If you edit your payment details, the funding source will return to the default method of payment
8. Make sure you contact us to say you have sent a payment, you may need to send us your address, phone number and order too.
